Time to Spring Forward
I didn't start as a consultant with theories from a textbook. I started in the classroom as a teacher, watching what happened when professional development missed the mark. I became a math instructional coach, helping teachers translate strategies into real wins with their students. As an assistant principal, I coached staff and saw firsthand what moves test scores and what falls flat.
My nonprofit experience is just as hands-on. I've served on boards. Worked with education and healthcare organizations. Watched nonprofits navigate funding challenges and strategic planning struggles. I've seen what helps organizations thrive and what leaves them spinning their wheels.
My academic background backs up everything I bring to the table. I hold a master's in secondary education and I'm currently pursuing my PhD in Industrial Organizational Psychology. That means I understand how people and systems work together and how to create strategies that drive real organizational change. I've taught in private, public, and charter schools. I've worked with nonprofits serving different missions and different populations. I've seen the impact that happens when organizations get the right support — and the cost when they don't.
When you work with Time to Spring Forward, you're not getting cookie-cutter solutions or someone who's never been in your world. You're getting a partner who's lived your reality, understands your challenges, and brings proven strategies that create lasting transformation. I've walked in your shoes, so I know what actually works.
Your mission deserves more than generic advice. It deserves someone who gets it because they've been there.
